Complete the information boxes after clicking the link below and we will send you a Venmo QR code for a secure payment. Payment can also be processed by a mail-in check if you choose. Please provide your Name as you would like it to appear on your certificate, cell phone number, email address, and mailing address. Provide a link to your video if you choose to post to YouTube or attach it to your email if the file size will allow. Remember to also include your pro tournament win if you are applying for a Pro level instructor status. If you have not played in a pro level tournament but you want to start teaching lessons right away, you can get certified as an instructor for now. Then, once you have a win in a pro level event, send us the information on that result and we can send an updated certificate.
